Issues with repairs
Winter moisture and mould
Communication barriers
House rules and neighbourhood expectations
This feedback will guide the content of the next three sessions.

We visited an actual property to provide practical training on:
Identifying ventilation needs
Recognising mould risks
How to store rubbish correctly
Understanding what “clean and tidy” looks like for inspections
How to check basic house features (smoke alarms, extractor fans, heating)
Families said this was one of the most helpful parts of the day.

Their past housing experiences
Common challenges they faced when they first arrived
